Abstract

This working manuscript explores how knowledge management and intellectual capital can be measured, modeled, and operationalized in AI-driven educational technology environments. The project focuses on how organizations capture knowledge, convert individual expertise into reusable assets, and use analytics to improve learning, decision-making, and institutional memory.
